3.4. Support. If and for as long as you maintain an active support period, we will provide you with support and support in accordance with the level of support you have acquired («Support»). Unless otherwise stated in the order or in a written instrument executed between you and us, the media will not be automatically renewed. In the event of a conflict between this SEA and such additional data processing, priority is the addition to data processing with regard to our management and processing of your personal data.
